Duration and formats
- Individual sessions last 1–2 hours, depending on the topic and agreement.
- We recommend starting with at least a 4-session cycle to build clarity and stability.
- We offer 1-, 3-, and 6-month coaching packages (including online options).
- Coaching is suitable for both personal and professional topics.

In coaching, we use NLP tools to identify and reframe limiting beliefs, increase inner motivation, and strengthen positive mindsets.
